Dripping Faucets. The most common complaint. Usually caused by a worn washer, O-ring, or cartridge inside the handle mechanism. In most cases, we can fix it in a single visit without replacing the whole faucet.
Faucets That Won’t Turn Off Fully. If you’re cranking the handle all the way and water still trickles out, the internal valve seat or cartridge needs replacement. This often develops gradually as internal parts wear down.
Low Water Pressure at the Faucet. This is often the aerator — the small screen at the tip of the spout — clogged with mineral deposits. We clean or replace it, and if pressure issues persist, we investigate the supply line.
Faucet Handle Problems. Stiff handles, handles that spin freely without controlling water flow, or handles that have worked loose — all fixable.
Leaking Under the Sink. Water pooling under your kitchen or bathroom sink can come from the faucet supply connections, the drain basket, or the garbage disposal. We trace the leak to its source and fix it properly.
Kitchen Sprayer Issues. Sprayers that stick, leak at the base, or have poor pressure are usually an easy fix but worth getting right so you’re not dealing with water damage under the cabinet.

But there are cases where replacement makes more sense: if the faucet is more than 15–20 years old, if replacement parts are no longer available, or if the fixture has multiple failing components.
